This Sunday the Historical Society will be open from 1 to 5, and at 2 P. M.
James Thomson will discuss the Boston Light, a topic that his wife Dr. Sally Snowman and he have written two books. The lighthouse is the first established one in colonial America in 1718 and is now the last manned Coast Guard Light Station in the country.
After graduating from Northeastern University, he became a Junior Engineer for Easton’s DPW before joining the Town of Plymouth’s Engineering Division for more than thirty years.
On sale will be Mary Bodio prints including the one of Stonehill College. Refreshments.
